Switch the phone to another workspace of the same account
POST/api/auth/device/switch
Mints a token for the same account's active seat in tenant_id and
DELETES the token the request came with — and with it that seat's push
subscriptions and VoIP tokens, so the workspace being left stops
notifying and ringing this device. The client re-registers both under
the new token. Refused with 409 call_live while this seat holds a live
call. Audited in the workspace being left. Throttled (6/min). Doc 69 K16.

Signed in to the target workspace with a new token.
Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
The account is not a member of the requested tenant.
A call is live on this seat (error = call_live), or the seat has no account.
Already in this workspace, or invalid input.
