Approve a learned answer waiting for review
POST/api/training/:trainingExample/approve
In review mode automatically learned answers wait as pending and the
assistant does not use them. Approving makes the example active.
Rejecting is deleteTrainingExample. Admin only (manage-ai-settings).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
