The post-sign-up tour (E7.10, doc 59 §5): business answers → channel → switch the AI on. visible is true only while the tour runs; once completed or dismissed it is never offered again. Workspaces created before the tour existed report status: none.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
