AI usage broken down by credential

/api/ai/usage/by-credential

Returns one aggregate per credential for the requested billing period (defaults to the current period). Rows with no credential_id collect under an "unassigned" entry — those are pre-E-2 history and the test/ local fake provider. Admin only.
