Deleted, not deactivated — the opposite of every other row here. A retired room stays because bookings point at it; nothing points at a block, and a statement somebody withdrew should stop being true rather than linger as history.

The block came from a connected system and is not ours to withdraw. Deleting it here would put the slot back until the next sweep put the block back — a screen that fights itself on a timer.
