The tenant's own words for a booking's status

Every label names a core status as well as its own wording, and both are published. The tenant owns the words; the platform keeps the meaning in a separate column — otherwise "was this cancelled" stops being answerable in code. The first connected CRM is the cautionary tale: its dictionary carries "Gelmedi" twice with two different machine meanings.

Reading is an inbox action; editing needs manage-booking-types.
