A requirement names a pool, not a thing: "one treatment room", never "room 2". Which one gets used is decided when the appointment is made, from whatever is free — naming the thing here would break every type the day a clinic opens a second room.

Two ways to describe a pool, because both are real: by kind ("any room" — nothing to list, nothing to maintain), or by an explicit set ("any of these three lasers" — precise, and needing no group names to keep tidy).

quantity is not always one. One room, one couch, two masseuses.
