Get the tenant's plan + usage vs quota

/api/billing

Returns the current tenant's subscription (current plan + lifecycle status and period) together with its current-period usage vs quota. Admin only.

subscription is null only for a tenant provisioned before subscriptions existed (new tenants always get a Free/trial subscription at registration). No Stripe identifiers are ever exposed.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
