The workspace's plan, wallet, promotions, usage vs limits and warnings in one read — the web Account → Overview tab and the mobile "Plan & usage" screen (2026-10-13). Every figure is the one the detailed tab shows, read through the same service; the warnings are the billing banners' own judgements (renewal, wallet, storage), the plan quota check, the setup tour's "no credit for the model" check and the promotion reminder's seven-day window.

Open to billing.view or usage.view. Plan, wallet and promotions need billing.view; the quotas need usage.view. A section the caller may not see is null and sections says so; a warning only comes from a visible section. Read only — no payment provider is called.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
