Get the tenant's billing history

GET 
/api/billing/invoices

Returns the tenant's invoices (most recent first), sourced from the active payment provider. Admin only.

The provider customer reference is taken from the tenant's local subscription row, never from client input. A tenant with no customer reference (free tier, or any tenant before checkout) has no history, so an empty list is returned 200 — this is the normal onboarding state, not an error. No provider customer / subscription / invoice ids are ever exposed; only the human invoice number, date, amount, currency, status, and the optional hosted invoice page URL.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
