Pull a connected system's catalogue into ours
POST/api/catalog/import/:provider
Creates a row for every item the connected CRM (or store) lists and links it to that system's own id. Matched by LINK, never by name. A price, currency, tax rate or duration the provider publishes is copied only into a field that is still EMPTY here — never over one a person set — so re-running it is safe. A CRM's own zero price is treated as "not set" and arrives as no price at all.
The whole catalogue is read, page by page. deactivated counts linked
rows the provider no longer lists — switched off, never deleted — and is
always 0 when truncated is true: a pass that stopped at its row ceiling
with more still listed has no evidence about what it did not reach.
Refused with 409 catalogue_is_ours when the workspace has said it
keeps its own catalogue. A store connection answers with the store
importer's own counters.
