POST/api/stock-movements
The sign comes from the reason, so the two cannot contradict each other: there is no such thing here as a purchase that takes stock away. Send the amount unsigned.
A transfer is two rows and this writes one — transfer_in/transfer_out
are refused here (use_the_transfer_endpoint), because a single leg
leaves the total right and both shelves wrong, which is the worst of the
three states since nothing looks broken.
