Record what a count found
POST/api/stock-counts
Writes the DIFFERENCE, never the level. Counting twelve when the
book says fifteen records a -3 correction — so the on-hand figure
stays a pure sum, and the fact worth investigating (three went missing
between two dates) survives instead of being erased by the act that
found it. Both numbers are kept in the row's note.
A count that agrees writes nothing: adjustment comes back null.
