The live wait queue, longest wait first.

A queued call is STILL RINGING: Meta allows an inbound call about fifty seconds and revokes a number's calling permission after four missed calls, so the queue never silences a ring to "hold a place". What it holds is the ORDER in which waiting customers are pushed to the next seat that frees up, and the deadline after which the wait is ended honestly.

Polled by the panel (a queue is a two-second-stale number all day, and an events channel for it would be one more ordering problem between surfaces that already argue about call state).
