Hang up the call
POST/api/conversations/:conversationId/call/hangup
Ends whichever call is in flight — ringing, dialing or active. Both the sidecar teardown and Meta's terminate are best-effort for the same reason as reject: the agent pressed hang up, and the panel must end up hung up regardless of what the far side already did.
Authorized via the conversation reply ability.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
No call is in flight on this conversation.
More than one call is in flight on this conversation (code: ambiguous_call — re-issue against /api/calls/{callId}/hangup, because ending the newest can be the wrong customer), or the call's channel is no longer a configured WhatsApp channel.
