Detaches this listener; the call is untouched. Idempotent — an unknown or already-ended listener is still a 200 (already: true). Only the user who started the listen may stop it. Written to the audit log as call.listen_stopped with its duration.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
