Release the WhatsApp identity hold on a contact

/api/contacts/:contact/whatsapp/identity/acknowledge

Records that an operator re-established trust with this person AWAY from WhatsApp and is willing to resume messaging (S1). Not a verification: Meta is explicit that "acknowledging the notification does not ensure the user is trusted", so this stores a human's decision and nothing more.

The next send deliberately carries NO identity hash — Meta's own recovery is to resend without one and store whatever hash comes back on the receipt. A no-op on a contact that is not held. Requires Contact update.
