Merge a contact into another
POST/api/contacts/:contactId/merge
Merges the path contact (the SOURCE) into the target named by
into_contact_id, then deletes the source. All of the source's
conversations move to the target; external_ids and attributes are
unioned (the target wins on a key conflict); the target's empty
name / email / phone / avatar are filled from the source. Supervisor+
only (it deletes a contact). Merging a contact into itself is 422; a
target in another tenant is invisible (404). Returns the surviving
target contact.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
Resource not found (or not visible to the current tenant).
The request failed validation.
