Unblock a contact

/api/contacts/:contactId/unblock

Clears the contact's blocked_at and moves every blocked conversation of theirs back to on_hold. Supervisor+ only (the contact block ability). Returns the contact.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).

Authenticated but not allowed.
