"İlgileniyor" → "Teklif verildi" → "Kazanıldı". Singular, ordered, and marked with which words mean won and lost — none of which survives being modelled as a tag.

Contact.type (visitor | lead | customer) is a different thing and is not editable here. The core reasons about it in code; opening that enum to a workspace would make "is this a customer" unanswerable.
