A fresh url for a PBX call's recording

Asked from the PBX on every play and never stored or copied (owner decision S4): Bulutsantralim's url lives one hour (five requests a minute — 429 with Retry-After beyond that), Netsantral's is the call's own link. Requires pbx.use. 404 when the call has no recording.
