Where an authorization started in the Selling Partner Appstore lands
(doc 72 §3.3; the application's registered OAuth Login URI). Connects
nothing: forwards amazon_callback_uri, amazon_state and
selling_partner_id to the panel (amazon_appstore=1), where a
signed-in person picks the workspace and calls
continueAmazonAppstoreAuthorization.
