Sync an eBay channel's messages, feedback, orders and returns now
POST/api/channels/:channel/ebay/sync
Queues the message, feedback, order and Post-Order (returns, item not
received, cases) polls for this channel at once, outside their schedule
(doc 79 §3.6). Pushes normally make this unnecessary; the polls are the
safety net. Polls respect the application-wide eBay call budget — a poll
refused for budget is reported as ebay.sync.last_error = quota. A
channel that is not an eBay channel is 404. Requires permission to
update the channel.
