Edit a WhatsApp message template

Edit an existing template, identified by name + language in the body. Meta only allows changing the category and components; an approved template drops back to PENDING for re-review. Admin-gated (Channel update). 404 when the template is not mirrored for this channel; a Graph rejection is surfaced as a 422 with Meta's reason in detail.
