Retry webhook registration

Re-run the channel's webhook registration (e.g. after deploying to a public URL, or to recover from a transient failure). Always 200; the verdict lives in the response body (webhook_status, webhook_error).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).

403

Authenticated but not allowed.

Resource not found (or not visible to the current tenant).
