Etsy OAuth callback (public)

/api/etsy/oauth/callback

Where Etsy redirects the browser after consent (must equal ETSY_REDIRECT_URI byte for byte). Trust is the single-use state parked by startEtsyOAuth, which also holds the PKCE verifier the code is exchanged with. Always redirects to the panel (see startEtsyOAuth).
