eBay OAuth redirect target (public)

/api/ebay/oauth/callback

The RuName's "accept" (and "decline") URL. Public — eBay sends the seller's browser here without our session; trust is the encrypted, expiring state minted by POST /api/channels/ebay/start. Exchanges the code, reads the seller's identity, refuses an eBay account already connected anywhere, creates the channel and subscribes its notifications. Always a redirect to the panel: /settings?tab=channels&ebay=connected&channel={id}, or &ebay_error={reason} with denied, missing_params, state, expired, not_configured, exchange, identity, already_connected or not_allowed.
