Bulk contact action
POST/api/contacts/bulk
Apply one action (add_tag / remove_tag / set_type / delete) to a set of contact ids. Each row is gated by the same policy as its single-contact endpoint; rows the agent can't act on are skipped. Returns how many were affected. RLS-scoped.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
