Send one of this contact's CRM documents into their conversation
POST/api/contacts/:contact/crm/document/send
The agent's one-click "send the invoice" (doc 87 §8.3). The reference is
verified against this contact's own linked record exactly like the
download — "not found" and "not yours" are both 404. The bytes are
stored as an ordinary attachment in the private bucket and sent as a
message; the provider's own download url is never stored or sent.
Requires Contact view and Conversation reply.
