What the booking form may offer

/api/contacts/:contact/crm/booking-options

The clinic's own service catalogue and staff list, for the pickers on the booking form. Read from the provider's cached lookups, so an open form costs no live call in the common case.

Separate from the card because most people open a contact to READ it: a catalogue pulled on every card open would spend a clinic's api budget on screens nobody books from.

Rooms and statuses are deliberately absent — the port has no room list yet, and the status port carries the clinic's WORDS while a booking needs an id. The provider accepts a booking without either.
