List the WhatsApp catalog products that can be shared

The tenant's Meta Commerce Manager catalog, so the composer's product share is a PICKER rather than a prompt for a retailer_id the agent would have to know by heart. Cursor-paginated, with an optional name search pushed down to Graph.

The catalog is resolved from the channel's catalog_id config, falling back to the first catalog on the WhatsApp Business Account — which is then remembered on the channel (the same key the outbound sender uses).

Authorized through the conversation view ability. A conversation that is not WhatsApp is a 404. A WABA with no catalog at all is NOT an error: it returns 200 with an empty data and meta.reason of no_catalog, so the client can say "this account has no catalog" instead of "something went wrong". A Graph refusal is a 422 carrying Meta's own reason in detail.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
