Fold this conversation into another

POST

/api/conversations/:conversationId/merge

Moves everything this conversation holds — messages, attachments, notes, tags, participants, bookings, calls, flow runs — into the target, then removes the emptied source. The target keeps its own status, assignment and department, and takes the newest last_message_at of the two.

For when one person has two threads. Merging CONTACTS moves both threads onto one person and leaves them as two; this is the step that follows.

Refused with 422 unless both conversations belong to the SAME contact and sit on the SAME channel: folding two people's threads together would invent a conversation that never happened, and a thread's channel decides what may be sent in it (the 24-hour window, whether a template is required), so a WhatsApp thread inside an email one would be answerable under rules that are wrong for half its messages.

Requires the conversation's delete ability — the source is removed.
