Connect a PttAVM store (admin)

The values from the PttAVM seller panel (Hesap Yönetimi → Entegrasyon Bilgileri). The pair is proven against PttAVM before anything is stored: the integrator token first, then the API Secret (which of the two PttAVM's access-token header means is unmeasured). Everything is kept encrypted and never returned. 422 on api_key when PttAVM refuses every pair or cannot be reached, on token when neither a token nor a secret was given, on seller_id when the store is connected to another workspace — or, before PttAVM is called at all, when PttAVM is "coming soon" on this platform (/me/capabilities → integrations.pttavm false: ConnectWiz is not listed as a PttAVM integrator yet).
