PBX call event (public)
POST/api/hooks/pbx/:provider/:token
One url per connected PBX (doc 92 §4.1, §4.2). Neither PBX signs its
deliveries, so the token is the only proof, bound to the provider in
the path. Netsantral posts JSON (Hangup and cdr scenarios are
kept), Bulutsantralim form fields (hangup / user_hangup). A
finished customer call is recorded once; a later delivery only fills
what is still empty. No contact is ever created. 200 for everything,
including an empty test POST.
