The Google Ads accounts the connected Google user can reach (admin)
GET/api/integrations/google-ads/customers
customers:listAccessibleCustomers, with each account's name,
currency, time zone and manager flag read for the first 25. Client
accounts reachable only through a manager account are not listed —
enter their id with the manager as login_customer_id in
selectGoogleAdsCustomer. 422 on google_ads when not connected or
Google refuses (the message says why).
