17TRACK parcel push (public, one url for the whole platform)
POST/api/hooks/shipments/17track
Saved by hand in 17TRACK's dashboard for ConnectWiz's one account
(doc 83 §3.1). Events TRACKING_UPDATED (the number's whole state) and
TRACKING_STOPPED. Trust is the sign header: SHA-256 hex of the raw
body, "/", and the account key — a mismatch is 401. The number is
routed to every tenant following it; everything else (unknown number,
unreadable body, ignored event, a push already processed) is 200.
