Connect / update the tenant's CRM (admin)

Store the credentials this tenant's own CRM issued them. Estesoft Stella needs an apikey header on every request PLUS a JWT obtained from AuthApi/GetToken, which consumes a username and a password — so all three are asked for, along with the clinic's own host, and nothing else.

The three secrets are WRITE-ONLY: stored encrypted, never read back. Omitting one leaves the stored value unchanged; an empty string clears it. Requires integrations.manage and the integration_crm feature.
