Connect an ikas store with its private app (admin)

POST 
/api/integrations/ikas/private

The store's own private app (client id + secret created in ikas under Apps → My Apps → Private Apps). The pair is proven against ikas before anything is stored; the secret is kept encrypted and never returned. 422 on client_secret when ikas refuses the pair, on store_name when the store is connected to another workspace.
