Start 'Connect with ikas' (admin)

/api/integrations/ikas/oauth/start

Parks the tenant, the store and the history window under a single-use state for fifteen minutes and returns ikas's consent url, which the panel opens. 422 on store_name when the platform app is not configured or the name cannot be an ikas store.
