Start 'Connect with HubSpot' (admin)

Parks the tenant under a single-use state for fifteen minutes and returns HubSpot's consent url, asking for exactly the scopes the adapter uses (contacts read/write, companies read, deals read/write). 422 on hubspot while the platform app is not configured.
