ikas OAuth callback (public)

/api/ikas/oauth/callback

Where ikas redirects the browser after consent (must equal IKAS_REDIRECT_URI). Trust is the single-use state parked by startIkasOAuth, plus the code's HMAC signature. Always redirects to the panel's ikas page with ikas=connected or ikas_error=<reason>.
