The live tags of a mode-A site (the tag runtime's read)

Doc 106 §4.5, CMP-4 — what the lazy tag runtime (cw-tags.js) loads:
only the integrations ConnectWiz loads (owner connectwiz), the ready
events switched on, Google's consent mode (basic: no tag before its
category is granted; advanced: Google's tag loads before the choice
with everything denied) and the platform's Google tag developer id.
data: null when the site gets no tags from ConnectWiz (not mode A,
the plan does not have the tag manager, nothing published). Same keys,
domain check, CORS and rate limit as getWebsiteTouchConfig.
Cache-Control: private, max-age=3600 — the runtime asks with v=
the live version from the config answer.
