The Paraşüt accounting connection (admin)

How the tenant's Paraşüt company is connected (doc 87 §9.5): the
company, the authorising Paraşüt user's e-mail, the companies still to
choose from, the customer phone-book sync and the two tenant switches.
Tokens are never returned. available says whether the platform OAuth
application is configured (PlatformIntegration parasut); while it is
not, the panel shows "coming soon" and startParasutOAuth answers 422.

The connection status (connected is false when none).
Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
