Creating an account and signing in

Create your workspace​

When you register, you create a workspace (your organisation) and its first administrator account in one step.

  1. Open the sign-up page.
  2. Enter your company name, your name, your email, and a password.
  3. Optionally choose your language (English or Turkish).
  4. Select Create account.

Your workspace is created and you are signed in immediately. A verification email is sent to confirm your address — open it and select Verify email address. You can resend the email at any time from your account if it does not arrive.

The first account is always an administrator and can invite teammates and manage settings.

Verifying your email address​

Your email address belongs to your account — the single identity you use to sign in, even if you belong to several workspaces. Verification therefore happens once per account, not once per workspace.

  • After you register, a verification email is sent automatically.
  • Until you verify, a “Verify your email” bar appears at the top of the panel. Select Resend to send the email again, or Dismiss to hide the bar for the current session.
  • The verification link opens a confirmation page and marks your email as verified. The link expires after a short time; if it has expired, use Resend to get a new one.

A verified email is required for some security-sensitive actions, such as transferring workspace ownership.

Signing in​

  1. Open the sign-in page for your workspace.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Select Sign in.

If you enter the wrong password several times, sign-in is temporarily locked for your safety. Wait a moment and try again.

Forgot your password?​

  1. Select Forgot password on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email and submit.
  3. If an account exists, you will receive a reset link by email. Open it and choose a new password.

For your security, the confirmation message is the same whether or not an account exists for that email.

You can request a one-time magic link by email. Open the link to sign in without typing your password. The link expires after a short time.

Choosing your language​

ConnectWiz is available in English and Turkish. Your preferred language is remembered with your account and applied across the panel and to the emails you receive. You can change it from your profile settings.

Signing out​

Select Sign out from the menu. This ends your session on this device.
