Mirakl marketplaces

Teknosa, Koçtaş, MediaMarkt and many European marketplaces run on the same seller platform, Mirakl. One integration covers all of them. Connect your shop and three things arrive in ConnectWiz:

  • Buyer messages. Every Mirakl message thread becomes a conversation in the inbox — questions about an order, questions before buying, and messages from the marketplace's own team.
  • Orders, returns, incidents and evaluations on the buyer's contact card.
  • The customer, on every channel. A marketplace buyer is matched to the same person when they write to you on WhatsApp, by phone, or anywhere else.

One channel is one shop on one marketplace. If you sell on Teknosa and on Koçtaş, connect each of them as its own channel.

What Mirakl does not let any tool do

Mirakl sends sellers no instant notifications (webhooks): everything is fetched on a schedule. There is no product-review API, and an order evaluation cannot be answered through the API. ConnectWiz shows evaluations read-only.

Before you start

  • Plan. Mirakl marketplaces are a premium channel. They are available on plans that include premium channels and use one channel slot per shop. See Plans and subscription.
  • Your marketplace's address. Teknosa and Koçtaş are in the list. For any other Mirakl marketplace you need the address of its seller back office — it ends in .mirakl.net, for example https://yourmarketplace-prod.mirakl.net. Copy it from your browser's address bar while you are signed in. MediaMarkt Türkiye connects this way until its address is confirmed.
  • An API key. In the marketplace's seller back office open your profile (top right) → My Settings → API Key, press Generate and copy the key.
Generating a new key disconnects the old one

The marketplace keeps one key per user. Pressing Generate cancels the previous key at once: any tool that used it — stock, order or invoicing software — stops working. If you already use an integration, use its key's user carefully, or create a separate back-office user for ConnectWiz. If you generate a new key later, paste it into the channel (see Replacing the API key); nothing arrives until you do.

Connect

  1. Go to Settings → Channels → Add channel → Mirakl marketplaces.
  2. Under Marketplace choose Teknosa or Koçtaş — or Another Mirakl marketplace and paste the Marketplace address.
  3. Paste the API key.
  4. Shop ID (optional) — only if your back-office user can reach several shops on this marketplace. Left empty, the key's default shop is used.
  5. Under Import history choose Don't import (new activity only), Last 7 days or Last 30 days. History is imported quietly: no notifications, and Wiz does not answer it.
  6. The name is optional: left empty, the channel is named after the marketplace and the shop, for example "Teknosa — My Shop".
  7. Save. ConnectWiz first checks that the address is a Mirakl marketplace, then that the key works, and tells you which one is wrong.

For your safety ConnectWiz only accepts addresses ending in .mirakl.net (and the marketplaces in the list). A shop can be connected in one ConnectWiz workspace only.

Buyer messages in the inbox

New messages arrive at the next check, about every 10 minutes. Each Mirakl thread is one conversation, with a badge for its kind:

BadgeWhat it is
OrderA buyer writing about one of their orders. The order — status, carrier, tracking link — is shown beside the conversation.
Pre-sale questionA buyer asking about a product before buying.
Marketplace teamThe marketplace's own staff writing to your shop (penalties, rejected products, payments). Wiz never answers these.
  • Reply deadline. The conversation counts down Reply due in … from the buyer's oldest unanswered message, and shows Reply overdue when it passes. The deadline is 24 hours by default; change it under the channel's Reply settings.
  • Marketplace team in a buyer thread. When the marketplace's team writes in a buyer's thread, the message is shown separately, with their name — it is never mistaken for the buyer. Turn on Also send to the marketplace team to copy them on your replies in that thread.
  • Written in the marketplace's panel. A reply someone sent from the marketplace's own seller panel appears with Sent from the marketplace panel.
  • No reply needed. When the thread is marked as needing no reply on the marketplace, the conversation is archived with Marked as no reply needed. A new message from the buyer opens it again.
  • Files travel both ways, up to 30 MB per message. A file a buyer sends shows file is being fetched for a moment while it is copied.
  • Limits. A reply can be up to 2,000 characters. Mirakl allows at most 1,000 messages in a thread; after that, start a new thread from the order.

You can turn pre-sale questions and threads from the marketplace team on or off under Reply settings.

Letting Wiz answer

By default Wiz writes a draft and an agent reads and sends it. You can let Wiz answer buyers on its own with the channel's AI switch. Wiz never puts phone numbers, e-mail addresses or links in a marketplace reply — except the order's own tracking number and tracking link — never sends files, and never writes to the marketplace team. A reply it cannot make safe is not sent; the conversation goes to an agent instead.

Orders, returns and evaluations on the contact card

ConnectWiz keeps a copy of your orders and returns, refreshed every 15 minutes. On a contact's profile → Orders → Mirakl:

  • Mirakl orders — status, carrier and tracking link, delivery date, and an Open incident badge when the buyer has opened a complaint;
  • Show evaluation reads the buyer's evaluation of that order (grade, comment, any reply). Evaluations are read-only;
  • Message the buyer starts a new thread with the buyer about that order (topic + message). It becomes a conversation in the inbox. Only an agent can do this — Wiz and automations never start a thread;
  • Mirakl returns — state, return method and reason;
  • Link a Mirakl order joins the contact to a buyer by an order number.

When that person writes to you, Wiz knows their recent orders. Wiz is never given the street address or the phone number.

What is not kept: fields an operator adds to orders (which can carry a Turkish ID or tax number), billing details and the anonymised notification e-mail are never stored. The delivery address is stored encrypted.

Flows. A Mirakl order being paid, shipped, delivered or cancelled, and a return opening or closing, can start a flow with the An order changes trigger — internal only: it can tag, assign, create a task or notify an agent, but never message the buyer. See Starting a flow when an order changes.

One customer, every channel

ConnectWiz joins a Mirakl buyer to the same person on other channels:

  • By phone number, automatically, using the delivery phone on their orders — when exactly one contact has that number. Mirakl shows the phone only after the order is accepted or shipped.
  • By the order thread itself. A thread about an order is joined to the buyer of that order.
  • By order number. Link a Mirakl order on the contact's profile, or Wiz in a conversation after the customer confirms the last four digits of the order's phone number or the name on the order.
  • Never by name alone, and never by e-mail.

A buyer on Teknosa and a buyer on Koçtaş are always kept apart, even if the marketplaces give them the same customer number.

The Mirakl connection card

Open the channel (Settings → Channels, then the Mirakl channel). The Mirakl connection card shows the marketplace, shop and address, the Shop status, the marketplace's grade, number of evaluations and Average reply time (the marketplace's measure), when messages, orders, returns and the shop were last fetched, the last error, and the history import. Sync now fetches everything immediately.

Replacing the API key

If you generate a new key in the seller back office, the card shows The marketplace no longer accepts this API key. Paste the new key under Replace the API key. It must belong to the same shop; the channel keeps its conversations, orders and settings.

Troubleshooting

SymptomCause
"This is not a Mirakl marketplace address we can connect to"The address does not end in .mirakl.net. Copy it from the seller back office address bar.
"No Mirakl marketplace answered at this address"The address is mistyped or is not the seller back office.
"The marketplace did not accept this API key"The key is wrong or was replaced by a newer one.
"This API key does not reach a shop with this ID"Leave Shop ID empty, or use a user who can reach that shop.
No messages arriveThe key was replaced (see the card), or the marketplace has not opened messaging to sellers. Check with the marketplace.
A customer's orders don't show on their cardThe order is not accepted yet (no phone), or their contact has a different number. Link the order by its number.
