What's new
User-visible changes, newest first. Internal work — refactoring, tests, infrastructure — is left out; this page is only what you can see or do that you could not before.
October 2026
Shipment tracking on your own 17TRACK key
See Your own 17TRACK key.
- Choose My own 17TRACK key under Tracking account: numbers use your own 17TRACK quota instead of your plan's allowance and wallet.
- Numbers already being tracked finish on the account they started on.
DeepSeek only with your own key
See AI assistant.
- DeepSeek is no longer offered on ConnectWiz's AI keys; a workspace that had it selected answers on the default model.
- With a TikTok channel, a Google account or Gmail connected, DeepSeek is not used even with your own key.
Data Processing Agreement
- Our Data Processing Agreement is published at app.connectwiz.net/dpa in English and Turkish; the Terms of Service now name the governing law and courts.
Custom HTML/JS tags
See Custom HTML/JS tags.
- Add your own HTML or JavaScript in Website → Tags — run only after the visitor's consent, on every page or on your forms, clicks, chats and bookings.
- Built-in safety: two-factor code to publish, a platform check for harmful code, a second person's approval in teams, stop switches and a private preview link.
ConnectWiz loads your website's tags
See Tag manager.
- Website → Setup → A — ConnectWiz loads your tags, then the new Tags tab: type the ids of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Clarity, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex or OpenAI. No other code to paste.
- Tags load only after the visitor allows them, and receive your forms, WhatsApp and phone clicks, chat starts and bookings — counted once with the server's conversions.
- Publish in numbered versions and go back to an older one in one click.
- Pro and above, and the trial.
Arrange the app's bottom bar
See Your bottom bar.
- Menu → Edit bottom bar (or press and hold a tab): put one to four items on the bar — Chats, Calls, Comments, E-mail or a work screen such as Leads or Tasks — in your order. Menu stays last; whatever is not on the bar is in the Menu. Saved to your account.
Leads on the phone, and every channel from a lead
See Leads and Follow up on a lead.
- Menu → Leads in the mobile app: the same list as the web, with state, period, type, source and campaign filters and search.
- Open a lead and Write on any channel your workspace has — WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram — or Call (WhatsApp call, your ConnectWiz line or the phone's dialer).
- On the web, a form submission and an ad lead's card add Write on another channel. The ad lead card now answers on your workspace's own WhatsApp instead of opening WhatsApp on your computer.
- A new form or ad lead notifies its owner — or everyone who may open leads — on the phone and in the bell. Turn it off under Notifications → New leads.
Every lead in one list
See Leads and Conversion report.
- Leads now lists every request: your website and ConnectWiz forms, ad lead forms and the conversations an ad or your site's WhatsApp link started. A row opens the form submission, the conversation or the ad lead's card.
- One filter bar on Leads and the conversion report: period, type, source, medium, campaign, ad, channel, form, state, ad click id and search — kept in the page's address.
- A breakdown row of the report opens its leads; a conversation's Source chip and a contact's Source card link to the matching leads.
Your website's leads, their source, and real results sent to Meta and Google Ads
See Connect your website, Follow up on a lead, Send conversions to Meta and Google Ads and Connect Google Ads.
- Settings → Integrations → Website (every plan): connect your own site. One script tag records which ad or campaign brought each visitor, gives every WhatsApp link a short ref code, and fills your forms with the visitor's source. Your site's server sends its forms into your ConnectWiz forms with a server key; Create the ready-made lead form sets one up in a click.
- If the site already runs the ConnectWiz chat widget, its code does all of this — switch on Capture with the chat widget code and add nothing.
- The script follows your cookie banner: without marketing consent no ad click id is kept or sent and no lasting cookie is written. Sharing hashed details for ad measurement needs its own, separate yes.
- A WhatsApp chat that starts with a site ref code is tied to the click that brought it, and the conversation shows a Source chip. The AI assistant never sees the code.
- On a form submission, Message on WhatsApp and Call, each with the reason when it cannot be used.
- Form builder: a new Hidden value field.
- Meta and Google Ads now learn the real result: leads, appointments, deal stages and won deals with their value — for every contact, not only people who chatted on a Meta channel. Every send passes one consent check; form answers and health answers never leave.
- Settings → Integrations → Google Ads (conversion upload) (Pro and above, open during the trial): connect with Google, pick the account, match events to Import from clicks conversion actions. Value changes are restated and a cancelled sale is retracted.
- Marketing → Conversions shows What is sent when and how many events the consent check held back.
- Reports → Conversions (Pro and above, open during the trial): each lead followed to the appointment and the won deal, by source, campaign, ad, channel or form, with first- or last-touch credit, revenue per currency, a CSV export and the delivery to Meta and Google Ads. It needs its own permission, View conversion reports, which administrators hold by default. See Conversion report.
- Your own AI agent can ask the same questions over MCP with seven new read tools — see Analyse conversions with Claude.
Stopping the AI assistant puts the caller on hold for a person
See Calls → Stopping the assistant.
- Take over and Stop the assistant now appear side by side while the assistant talks, including in your own Call in progress card.
- Stop the assistant puts the caller on hold music instead of silence. The band turns red, The caller is on hold and waiting for a person, with Take over right there. The same happens when the assistant leaves on its own.
- Take over keeps the hold music playing until your microphone is connected.
- A call you are on yourself shows as one card, not two.
- Live captions on an assistant's call no longer show invented lines during silence, and the caller's captions follow the assistant into the language the caller asked for.
Live feed: an honest screen preview, several pins, natural answers
See Live feed → Moderating during the event.
- Screen preview now shows exactly what the TV shows — hidden, held and filtered items no longer appear in it.
- Several pinned messages (up to 3 by default, 1–10 in Settings) sit in their own area above the stream. Pinning one more on a full board unpins the oldest, and the panel says so.
- Visitors can answer the stand-screen question in their own words — göster, olur, tamam, 👍, sure — not only with the button.
Live feed: portrait timings in Settings, and a secret bonus code
See Live feed → AI portraits on the screen and Bonus code.
- The board's Settings now show the portrait timings with their units and a plain explanation each: how long each portrait stays, the wait between two new portraits, and how often earlier portraits come back.
- Bonus code: one secret code for your stand team. A visitor whose portraits for the day ran out sends it in the chat and gets one more. Set how many extra portraits it gives and how many times it is valid per visitor; see how often it has been used. The code is never shown on any screen, and visitors are not told it exists.
Listen to a call the AI voice assistant is handling
See Calls → Listening in.
- Listen on the Answered by the AI assistant card plays the caller and the assistant in your browser. Nobody hears you, and the call does not change.
- Listening… shows while it plays; mute it on your side or Stop.
- Take over while listening stops the listening and puts you on the call.
- Each start and stop is written to the audit log.
Many simultaneous calls, and the assistant's calls on the phone
See Calls → When the AI voice assistant answers.
- Panel: with many calls at once the corner keeps at most two cards open — ringing calls first — and counts the rest in one pill (AI assistant on 7 calls · 3 ringing +8 more) that opens a list. Nothing moves under your pointer while it is on the stack.
- Phone: while the AI assistant is on a call, a slim bar at the top of the app says so; tap it for the call: what is being said live, Live captions, Take over, Stop and Open conversation. Several calls open a list.
Live feed: every portrait of the campaign comes round
See Live feed → AI portraits on the screen.
- When nothing new arrives, the stand screen now brings back every portrait of the board's profiles in turn, not only the newest 50.
Calls the AI voice assistant answers no longer ring the team
See Calls → When the AI voice assistant answers.
- While the assistant talks to a caller, the panel shows Answered by the AI assistant instead of an Answer / Decline popup, and phones do not ring.
- The card shows the caller, the line, how long the assistant has been on, what it is saying live, Take over and Open conversation.
- When the assistant is already on its maximum number of calls, the next caller rings the team as an ordinary call.
- When the assistant answered but could not join, Answer now works and connects you to the waiting caller.
- Answer on a call the assistant already took says so instead of failing silently.
- Calls page: the list no longer scrolls into an empty area below the rows.
Live feed: AI portraits on the stand screen
See Live feed → AI portraits on the screen.
- A board can now show the AI portraits Image Studio makes, full screen for a few seconds each: new ones pause the wall and queue 15 seconds apart, older ones come back every 15 seconds when nothing new arrives. Off by default; the timings are in the board's settings.
- Visitors are asked first ("Shall we show your portrait on the stand screen too?") and only a yes puts it on screen — only the generated portrait, never their own photo. "Remove from screen" takes it down again.
- Portraits go through the board's moderation and approval, and the moderation panel lists them with Hide.
Live feed: filters apply to what is already on the board
See Live feed.
- Changing a board's channels, kinds or keywords now also takes the items that no longer fit off the screens, the moderation queue and the counters — the TV does not need a reload. Widening the filter brings them back.
- An item's time is when it reached you; a sender's wrong clock no longer shows as "in 4 hr.".
- An item held because moderation could not run now says why, is checked again automatically, and Retry moderation in the queue checks all of them again at once.
- Screen language in a board's settings chooses the language of the screen's own texts (title, buttons, counters) — or the viewer's browser. The screen preview follows it; messages are never translated.
Retrieval evaluation: automatic first test questions, cleaner "not in knowledge base" questions, keyword evidence
See Knowledge health → Retrieval evaluation.
- Automatic test questions. A workspace with no test questions yet gets them from the weekly Knowledge health check — once, only while the AI is on and your AI credit covers the estimate. Write test questions automatically on the Retrieval evaluation card turns it off; on the phone it is shown read-only. Every decision is in the health check's log.
- "Not in knowledge base" questions that your knowledge base does answer are no longer kept as such: they become answerable questions (after a short AI check) or are removed. Questions you wrote or edited are never changed.
- Keyword evidence: next to the distance suggestion, the card shows how your questions would do if a passage had to contain 34%, 50% (today) or 67% of the question's words. A suggestion only; nothing is changed.
- Operators:
php artisan knowledge:evaluate --tenant=…prints the estimate of an evaluation (--applyruns it).
Reply privately to a comment from the mobile app
See Answering comments.
- Open a comment in the app and, under Reply publicly, there is now Message privately: the same text goes to the commenter as a direct message and continues as a conversation in your inbox — as on the web.
- When a private reply is not possible the app says why before you type: one was already sent (Facebook and Instagram allow one per comment), the 7 days have passed, the Instagram Live broadcast has ended, or the platform has no private replies.
- An Instagram Live comment, which takes no public reply, can now be answered privately from the phone while the broadcast runs.
- Comments you answered privately show Replied privately, on the comment and on its card.
Manage your API keys from the mobile app
See Credentials.
- Menü → Workspace → Credentials lists every stored key with its status, its last 4 characters and when it was last tested. Add a key of any provider, test it, replace it, rename it, set its rate limit, see its usage, or delete it — the same as Settings → Credentials on the web.
- Where the app asks you to choose a key — AI training → Model, and the providers of web search and Image Studio — Add a key adds one and brings you back with it chosen.
- Deleting a key that the assistant or a voice assistant still uses tells you where it is used instead of deleting it.
- Only people who may manage credentials see any of this. The key is masked, sent once, and never kept on the phone.
- On the web, Settings → Credentials now also offers the Magnific and fal.ai image keys and the API key for a request used by flows, and saves the Google Programmable Search Search engine ID (cx).
Plan & usage at a glance — on the web and in the app
See Account → Overview.
- The Account page now opens on an Overview tab: your plan (state, renewal date and amount, or the date it ends), your wallet balance and last top-up, your active promotions with the credit they have left, and every limit your plan sets — seats, channel slots, storage, AI replies, messages, web searches and more — as used of limit with a bar that turns amber at 80 % and red at the limit, plus when the counters reset.
- Anything that needs you comes first: an overdue payment, a renewal nothing will pay for, a low wallet, an assistant without credit for its model, a limit reached, a promotion ending this week. Each links to its tab.
- In the mobile app: Menü → Plan & usage shows the same. Promo codes moved inside it. The app shows status only; plan changes, top-ups and invoices stay on the web panel.
- Everyone sees only the parts they may see on the web.
API keys have their own page, photos are kept, and widget results can go into the chat
See AI tools and the AI tools API.
- Settings → Developer → API keys: every server key in one place — what each may do in plain words, grouped by catalogue and orders or AI tools, who created it and when, and when it was last used. Create a key, change its name or scopes without changing the key itself, or revoke it. The catalogue settings only point there now.
- Photos are no longer deleted automatically unless you set an Automatic deletion window: empty or 0 keeps photos and results, from a conversation, the web widget or the API alike.
- Post the result into the chat: a new Image Studio profile switch, off by default. When on, a widget visitor's finished portrait also appears in their conversation, where your team sees it in the inbox. The consent text the visitor accepts says so.
- Safe retries for the API: an app that retries a run with the same
Idempotency-Keygets the original answer back and is never charged twice.
Image Studio in your web widget and in your own app
See AI tools and the AI tools API.
- In the web widget: turn on Show in the web widget in an Image Studio profile and visitors get a button in the chat: they accept your consent text, take a photo with their phone's camera or choose one, pick a style, and download the portrait. Off by default; you choose the icon, and you can limit it to some of your sites.
- From your own app: turn on Allow through the API in a profile, create a key with the tools:run scope, and your app or backend can start a run, follow it, download the result and delete it. A webhook can tell your server when it is ready.
- The same limits, wallet, consent and automatic deletion apply.
- Recent runs shows Web widget or API as the source; the phone shows where each profile is offered.
Try your assistant before you switch it on
See Quickstart.
- The setup tour's last step has a Try it first button. It opens the AI Playground, where you chat with your assistant before customers do — it stays off for them while you test. Activate AI is still right next to it.
- The Playground now says whether your assistant is on. When it is off, Activate AI switches it on there, with the same checks and confirmation as the setup tour. Only people who may change AI settings see the button.
- Coming from the tour, Back to setup returns you to the last step, and Finish setup closes the tour once you switched the assistant on.
- Connecting Instagram (or any channel) during setup is clearly optional: Skip for now is a proper button, the last step says you can connect it later under Settings → Channels, and the setup progress marks it Optional.
- Works the same in the mobile app.
AI tools get their own page; web search moves there
See AI tools.
- Settings → AI → AI tools lists the AI tools your plan includes — today Web search and Image Studio — each with its own switch, providers, limits and history. Places a tool will reach later are shown as Coming soon.
- You choose the provider and model, in order: the first one answers, the next one is tried if it fails. Image Studio can use, among others, OpenAI's image models; web search can fall back from one engine to another.
- On your own keys you pick a saved credential per provider; on platform keys the cost comes from your wallet.
- Limits, consent and automatic deletion are settings you control.
- Profiles — an event, a campaign — are created, edited and deleted on the page, with their keywords, dates, look, frame, consent and every text in every language. Twenty events are twenty profiles.
- Recent runs shows what ran, with status and cost; web search has a Test button.
- Web search used to be a tab of the AI assistant settings. That tab now brings you to AI tools, and your settings carried over unchanged. A key you had typed into the old screen now appears under Settings → Credentials.
- The AI assistant's own AI tools tab is now called Agent tools.
- On the phone: Menu → AI training → AI tools. Profiles are listed there and edited on the web.
Measure how well the assistant finds your knowledge — in every language
See Knowledge health → Retrieval evaluation.
- Run evaluation (Settings → Knowledge base) writes test questions from your own knowledge base, each in its passage's language, and measures how often the right passage is found — in the top 6, first, the average rank — and how often the assistant finds something for a question your knowledge base cannot answer. You see the cost before it starts.
- The numbers come per language, with the change since the previous evaluation and the questions that got better or worse.
- Test questions can be read, edited, deleted and written again; your own edits are kept. Once you have some, the weekly health check uses them.
- Better search in every language. The assistant now also searches by words independently of meaning: Turkish and German word forms, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai without spaces, Arabic spelling variants. One shared word with an unrelated page no longer counts as an answer.
- On the phone, AI training → Background operations shows the latest numbers.
Removing a member keeps their history; delete your own account
See Team members and Deleting your account.
- Removing a member no longer erases their work. Their messages, notes and calls stay, under their name marked "(former member)". They lose access at once and no longer take a seat on your plan.
- Their personal mailbox stays private. When you remove someone with a personal mailbox you choose: archive it (the default — sealed, nobody can open it, administrators included), hand it over to another member, or delete it.
- Former members are listed at the bottom of Settings → Team. Invite the same address again and they get their old seat back.
- Delete my account, under Profile → Security (on the phone: Settings → Delete my account): you leave every workspace and your personal data is erased, immediately. Workspace owners transfer ownership first.
Companies: a real B2B record, people with roles, and imports
See Companies and Importing companies and people.
- A company now holds what a sales team keeps on an account: industry, number of employees, tax number and tax office, website, a full address, an account owner, a lifecycle (lead, prospect, customer, former customer, partner), a parent company for holdings and branches, an external ID, tags — and your own company fields (Settings → Custom fields → Company).
- A person can work with several companies, with a role and title at each and one primary company. Add people from a company's page — an existing contact or a new one — or companies from a contact's page.
- The companies list has filters (lifecycle, owner, industry, tag), sorting and bulk actions (tag, owner, lifecycle, delete).
- Import companies, or people with their companies — in one file, in two files, or straight into a company from its page. Columns are matched for you (Turkish headers included) and can be re-mapped; existing companies are found by external ID, tax number, domain or name, and you choose whether to update them, skip them or create new ones. Imports are web only.
- When someone from a company writes, the contact card shows their company: lifecycle, owner, the other people there and open deals. Wiz reads one short line about it (name, lifecycle, industry, their role) — switch that off under Settings → AI assistant if you prefer.
- A search box at the top of every page (⌘K / Ctrl+K) finds people and companies.
- On the phone: Menu → Companies, a company's page with its people and deals, a contact's companies, and the company card in a conversation.
Choose how much of a conversation the assistant reads
See Conversation memory.
- Messages Wiz looks back — new under AI assistant → Limits & safety (and in the mobile app). Default 20 as before, now adjustable from 5 up to the platform ceiling.
- Conversation budget — a character limit on those messages, so a few long e-mails no longer push everything else out of the prompt; any single message over 4,000 characters is shortened.
- Summarise older messages (on by default) — long conversations keep a short running summary of the earlier part, so the assistant still knows what was said 50 messages ago. It costs one small AI call every ten messages and leaves out codes, passwords and card numbers.
- Smart reply suggestions and the flow AI steps now read the same window as the automatic replies.
My business & setup, a setup progress card, and running the setup again
See My business & setup.
- One page for everything the setup tour asks about — the business profile, channels, Wiz and the website chat — under Settings → Workspace → My business & setup, and on the phone under Menü → Workspace. Changes save to the same settings as the other screens. The phone can now edit the business profile for the first time.
- "Your setup is X% complete — next: …" on the dashboard and in the phone's Menü, worked out from what is really set up. It disappears at 100%, or when you hide it.
- Run setup again — continue the setup tour where it left off or start it from the beginning, at any time. Your settings are kept.
Knowledge base: safe refresh, no duplicates, knowledge health and learning from history
See Knowledge health and background operations.
- Refreshing a website never empties it any more. The new version is built next to the old one and switched in only when complete; if the refresh fails, the previous content stays in use. Unchanged pages spend no AI credit, a page that disappears is removed only after two refreshes in a row, and pages you picked by hand stay picked.
- No duplicates. The same text is stored once, the footer and contact box found on every page are stored once for the site, and the same address cannot be added twice. Check for duplicates shows how many an older knowledge base has, Remove duplicates cleans them up.
- Background operations — refreshes, duplicate clean-up, re-embedding — run with a progress bar and a process log in your language, and can be paused, resumed or cancelled. On the phone: Menü → AI training → Background operations.
- A Knowledge health card measures every week how well the assistant finds the right passage, duplicates, missing titles and suspicious contact facts.
- Learn from past conversations (Settings → Training) learns your team's earlier answers with the same generalising and personal-detail removal as automatic learning, and shows the AI calls and credit it will take before it starts.
- The knowledge base needs an embedding model. Without one, sources cannot be added and the screens show "Choose an embedding model for the knowledge base". You can build the knowledge base while AI is off; automatic learning, however, runs only while AI is on.
- Years and date ranges in a site's contact facts ("2005 - 2026") are no longer taken for phone numbers; the fix applies at the next refresh.
Delete a workspace yourself
See Deleting a workspace.
- The owner can now delete a workspace under Settings → Workspace → Company → Delete workspace, by typing its name, their password and — if two-factor is on — a code. The confirmation shows the plan and wallet balance that are lost: remaining credit and wallet balance are not refunded.
- The workspace closes at once — nobody can sign in, channels are disconnected, the widget stops and nothing more is charged — and its data is permanently deleted 30 days later. Until then the owner restores it from the sign-in screen; some channels then need Retry webhook.
- An account whose only workspace was deleted keeps its login and is offered to create a new workspace. On the phone, the owner finds the option under Menü → Workspace.
The assistant learns from your team for everyone — without anyone's personal details
See Learning from your team's answers and Limits & safety.
- Auto-learning learns from people only, never from the assistant's own replies. Each answer is first rewritten as a generic question and an answer without personal details. A general answer (policies, how-to, prices, opening hours, product info) now helps every customer; an answer about one person's order, booking or account stays with that contact.
- Review learned answers before they are used — a new switch next to auto-learn. Answers learned for everyone wait in Settings → Training (and AI training → Learned answers on the phone) until an admin approves or rejects them.
- Save one of Wiz's own answers to training from the message menu, on the web and on the phone, to keep a good answer it gave.
- Limits & safety — a new AI settings tab (and a mobile screen) where a workspace sets its own booking, tool, comment-reply and contact-memory limits up to the platform ceiling, switches off public-comment checks that do not fit its business, and adds its own words.
Delete or anonymise a person's data on request
See Deleting or anonymising a person's data.
- Delete or anonymise data in the conversation menu, on the contact page and in the mobile app, for members with the new permission (admins by default). The window shows what will be affected and what the law keeps, asks for a reason and a typed confirmation, and tells you when it is done.
- Wiz can handle a person's own request in the chat once you allow it in Settings → Security → Data deletion requests: only for that person, only after they prove who they are, and only after they confirm.
- The same number writing again afterwards is a new contact.
Safer defaults for the assistant
See AI security baseline.
- Tables are opt-in for Wiz. Switch on Wiz can search this table on each table the assistant should read; until then it reads none of them.
- Automatic bookings need a name and a way to reach the person, at most one per reply and two upcoming per contact; Calendly invitations only go to the contact's own address.
- Auto-learned answers stay with the contact they came from, and personal data is masked unless you turned that off.
- Automatic comment answers with a foreign link, a phone number, an e-mail address or a price/discount claim wait for your team instead of being posted.
Live feed: what customers write, on a screen at your stand
See Live feed.
- Live feed in the sidebar, under Dashboard: a board shows incoming messages, comments and reviews on a TV, a lobby wall or a shop window as they arrive.
- AI moderation keeps swearing, insults, sexual content, personal data, spam and unsuitable images off the screen. If the check cannot run, the item waits for a person instead of appearing.
- Privacy filter: no names, numbers, e-mails, @handles or photos — senders appear as Visitor #4821, and personal data in the text is masked.
- Screen link: opens the board full screen on a TV without signing in. Set an expiry, replace it or turn it off at any time.
- Moderation during the event: approve, hide, pin, highlight and pause the screen from the panel; the TV follows within seconds.
- Write to us QR codes, today's counters, an image gallery, Wiz's replies under each message, and several boards at once.
- Who can open the screen: signed-in team members only (the default for new boards), anyone with the link, or no screen. The link's expiry is shown and can be set or removed without changing the link.
- The screen fits portrait and landscape displays, from a laptop window to 4K.
Turn the assistant on from your phone, and give each channel its own instructions
See Per channel, Where the assistant's instructions come from and Turning the assistant on from the phone.
- The assistant's on/off switch is at the top of AI training in the mobile app, and stays on the Menü's Wiz card while the assistant is off. If turning it on would not make it answer yet, the card says why — no model or key chosen yet opens Model in one tap.
- Instructions for this channel — a new field next to each channel's AI switch, on the web (Settings → Channels → Manage → AI) and on the phone. The assistant follows them only in that channel's conversations, after the workspace prompt and before department, contact and conversation instructions.
- AI training → Channels on the phone lists every channel with its AI switch. A channel's AI switch, its instructions and a contact's AI instructions can now be set while the assistant is still off; a line says they apply once it answers.
- Wiz for this contact on a contact's profile (phone and web) shows the contact's AI instructions and memory, knowledge for this contact — add or delete material used only in their conversations — and what was learned from this contact.
Changing plans: the exact cost first, the new plan from today
See Plans & subscription.
- Choosing a plan shows what it costs before you pay. From Free, you pay the full price and your paid period starts today. Between paid plans — up or down — the new plan starts today; the unused part of your current plan is taken off, and if it is worth more than the new plan, the rest goes to your account credit instead of being lost.
- Two ways to cancel. Cancel at the end of the period keeps your plan until the date shown, then moves you to Free with no further charges — and you can resume until then. Cancel now moves you to Free right away and adds the unused value to your account credit; nothing is refunded to your card. Turning off automatic renewal no longer leads to an unpaid invoice and a suspension: it now means the plan ends with its period.
- Extra storage comes in 10 GB packs ($5.00 a month at the standard price). Card payments are never below $0.50.
- After paying, the Subscription tab updates itself within a few seconds.
Train the assistant from your phone
See Training the assistant from the mobile app.
- Menü → AI training in the mobile app holds everything the web panel's AI settings do: the prompt and ready-made rules (with Rewrite with AI), the knowledge base — text, Q&A, documents from your phone, web pages and whole websites, including choosing which pages of a site to train — the learned answers, the playground to test the bot, and the rest of the assistant's settings, from answer scope to web search and the model.
- Department instructions and a contact's AI instructions and memory can be edited on the phone too, and each channel's screen has its AI auto-reply switch.
- The row appears only for people who may open the same tabs on the web panel.
The assistant answers in seconds, not after a pause
See AI assistant.
- The default response delay is now 3 seconds instead of 15. The assistant still waits a moment so a quick "hi" and "are you there?" get one answer, but a person trying it no longer sits through a 20-second silence. If you set your own delay, it is unchanged.
- Assistants on GPT-5.5 and the GPT-5.6 models answer again. These models refuse a custom creativity setting, and every reply on them was failing.
Chat widget: the shop is now your choice
See The shop button.
- Show the shop in the widget is a new switch under Settings → Widget → General, and it is off by default. The shopping-bag button appears on your website only after you turn it on — having priced products in your catalogue, for example products imported from your CRM, no longer opens a shop by itself.
- If you already sell through the widget, turn the switch on once to keep the shop. Orders already placed are kept either way.
- The switch appears only when the Catalogue and Sales features are in your plan.
HubSpot, deals and activity sync
See HubSpot.
- Connect HubSpot under Settings → Integrations with Connect with HubSpot — the person, their company and their deals on the contact card. Nothing links by itself: the card suggests the record with the same phone or e-mail and an agent confirms it.
- Deals — a new tab on the CRM section of the contact card. When your workspace says the CRM keeps deals, agents can press New deal and Change stage; a flow's CRM step can Open a deal and Move a deal. Wiz reads deals but never opens one.
- Activity sync (paid plans) — conversations and calls written to the person's HubSpot timeline, after you accept the data-transfer notice. Call recordings never go; a link back to ConnectWiz does.
Import your products from Ticimax, Paraşüt and your other stores
- Products & services now offers Import from Ticimax and Import from Paraşüt — see Ticimax and Paraşüt. Read only: nothing is written back.
- The same button now also appears for a connected ikas, Shopify or IdeaSoft store, whose catalogue the import already supported.
Shipment tracking for Shopify, Ticimax and IdeaSoft stores
See Shipment tracking.
- Tracking numbers on your Shopify, Ticimax and IdeaSoft store orders are now followed with the carrier, like WooCommerce and ikas, until the store itself reports delivered, cancelled or returned.
- The Delivered — ask how it went template also listens to these stores.
Replace a marketplace key without reconnecting
- Trendyol, idefix and n11: Replace the API key and secret (n11: and password) on the channel's Connection tab, and Hepsiburada: Replace the service key. The new key is tried with the marketplace first; the channel keeps its questions, conversations, orders and settings. Before, a regenerated key meant deleting the channel and connecting it again.
Appointments: WhatsApp confirmations, Wiz books into your CRM, Calendly
See Appointments and Calendly.
- An appointment changes — a new flow trigger for when an appointment is booked, confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled or missed, in ConnectWiz, your CRM or Calendly. Confirm a booking on WhatsApp or by SMS the moment it is made; until now the only confirmation was an e-mail. Three ready-made templates: confirmation, cancelled — offer a new time, and missed — follow up.
- Wiz books where your diary lives. In a clinic whose diary is in its CRM, Wiz now offers the CRM's own free times and books into the CRM — at most three diary checks per conversation per day.
- "When is my appointment?" Wiz answers from both diaries, to a customer whose channel proves who they are.
- Connect Calendly from Settings → Integrations: its bookings in the diary and on the contact card with a Calendly badge, starting appointment flows, and — when you allow it — the panel and Wiz booking into Calendly. Calendly is Coming soon until ConnectWiz's application is registered, and needs a paid Calendly plan for events and bookings.
Chat widget: no "AI Assistant" without AI, no empty shop, a roomier message box
See What the widget header says and The shop button.
- Without AI the widget no longer says "AI Assistant" and no longer offers Talk to an agent — your visitors are already talking to your team. The header shows We're online or We'll get back to you soon instead.
- The shop appears only when something can be ordered through the widget: the catalogue and sales are in your plan and at least one active, priced product is not hidden from the widget. Services and packages are not sold through the widget shop. Before, a workspace that sold nothing could show a bag button opening onto "nothing is for sale".
- Place order and My orders are proper buttons side by side, and the shop has its own close button.
- The message box is wider: it now runs the full width of the chat window and grows with the text, the send button is a compact icon inside it, and the emoji, file, voice and shop buttons sit in a slim row above it.
Install the chat widget with Google Tag Manager
See Install with Google Tag Manager.
- Settings → Widget → Install now offers two snippet formats: Standard HTML and Google Tag Manager. Copy copies the one on screen.
- The Tag Manager format carries the widget key in the script address, because Tag Manager removes the attributes the standard snippet relies on — before, a widget added through Tag Manager never appeared.
WhatsApp templates: filters, a one-line performance notice, and a real reason when Meta says no
- Filter the template list in the channel settings' Templates tab: search by name or text, and narrow by status, category and language. Each option shows how many templates it would leave, and your last filter is remembered on this device.
- The "Template performance is off" notice is now a single line; the explanation sits behind the (i) next to it.
- When Meta refuses to turn on template performance, the dialog now says why and what to do — for example that only the business that owns the WhatsApp account (or someone with full control of it) can turn it on — and shows Meta's own answer and trace id for support.
Reminders: after-care, review requests, packages, birthdays, payments and staff reminders
See Reminders.
- After-care check-ins on day 1 and day 7 for the services you mark. A patient's concern (the I have a concern button, or words like bleeding or fever in a reply) goes straight to your team: the assistant stops, and whoever performed the treatment is alerted on the bell and phone.
- Review requests two days after a visit, with your Google Business review link. Everybody is asked; nobody twice in six months.
- Packages and sessions: a package's sessions, used and left, on the contact card. A confirmed sale grants it, and a session is taken from a visit with one click. Reminders go out when the next session is due and before the package expires.
- Birthday greetings, and reminders before any date you keep on a contact (passport, policy, inspection).
- Payment reminders (off until you switch them on): one friendly message, then a call task for a colleague.
- Your team's reminders: a task's Remind me at time now alerts its assignee, and a lead nobody has answered for 4 hours alerts its owner. Each member can mute these under Reminders & follow-ups.
Your own PBX: Netsantral and Bulutsantralim calls in ConnectWiz
See Your own PBX.
- Connect Netgsm Netsantral or Verimor Bulutsantralim from Settings → Integrations. Your PBX keeps carrying the calls; ConnectWiz observes them.
- PBX calls on the contact card, with a PBX badge — incoming or outgoing, answered, missed or busy, talk time and extension — and in the same Calls list on the phone app. Listen to the recording fetches it from your PBX at that moment; it is never copied.
- Call from the PBX (ext. 101) on the contact's Channels tab rings your desk phone, then dials the contact.
- A call is missed — a new flow trigger for when a known customer's call goes unanswered.
- The PBX screen warns when one of its numbers is also a ConnectWiz SIP-trunk line, whose calls the PBX never sees.
Payment links: get paid in the chat, through your own iyzico or PayTR
See Payment links.
- Connect your own iyzico or PayTR account under Settings → Integrations. Payments go straight to you; ConnectWiz never holds the money or sees card details. iyzico's sandbox lets you try everything first — test payments show on the link and never reach your ledger. PayTR is marked Coming soon until its link flow is verified on a test store.
- Create payment link under an order on the contact card, then copy it or send it into one of the customer's conversations — a Pay now button on WhatsApp. The amount is what is still owed, read from your ledger when the customer opens the link; nothing is charged twice.
- Paid by itself. The payment is written to the ledger with the card family and last four digits, the order shows as paid, and an overpayment is flagged.
- Refunds through the service, for members allowed to give money back.
- Wiz can request a link (switch it on under Settings → AI Assistant); a team member approves it from a strip above the conversation before anything is sent.
- In flows: a Payment link step, link-button values in the WhatsApp template step, and the Order paid / Order refunded steps for your own orders — hand-typed payments that settle an order count too.
- Never sent on marketplaces, public comments, phone lines or (until the legal review) SMS.
SMS: Verimor and İleti Merkezi, a backup provider, İYS through your SMS provider
See SMS and İYS.
- Two more SMS providers. Under Settings → SMS you can now connect Verimor (two-way: customers can reply to your Verimor number) or İleti Merkezi (one-way). The form says where each credential comes from and shows the Approved sender names read from your provider.
- A backup provider. Add a second account under Backup provider. Login codes, in-chat identity codes, booking reminders and offline notices go through it when your main provider certainly did not take them, and only from a sender name approved on both. Conversations and campaigns never move.
- İYS through your SMS provider. Under Marketing → İYS, Connect to İYS through now offers Netgsm (NetİYS), Verimor and İleti Merkezi beside your own İYS API account. Refusals people make on İYS are read back on every road; writing consents through a provider waits on a legal review, and the panel says so.
- Each contact on the right İYS list. A contact's edit form has İYS list — individual or merchant — used for commercial SMS and for İYS.
- A campaign SMS stopped by İYS now fails with that reason, and ConnectWiz checks the number on İYS before the next message. Campaign SMS also get delivery ticks.
- Optional: Add opt-outs to the provider blocklist. Off by default, because a provider's blocklist stops every SMS to that number, login codes included.
Paraşüt: invoices and balances next to the conversation
See Paraşüt.
- Connect your Paraşüt accounting under Settings → Integrations → Paraşüt (shown as Coming soon until ConnectWiz's Paraşüt application is approved). It only reads; nothing is written to Paraşüt.
- Open invoices, recent invoices and invoice PDFs on the contact card, in their own Paraşüt section next to any other CRM. Send to chat delivers the PDF into the conversation as a file.
- Wiz answers "how much do I owe?" and sends the invoice — only on channels that prove the customer's phone or e-mail (WhatsApp, SMS, calls, e-mail, a verified web chat member), never on Instagram, Messenger or Telegram.
- Confirm matches links Paraşüt accounts to contacts by phone and e-mail — never by tax number. Optional: Link matches automatically and Tag customers with overdue invoices, both off by default.
Shopify: your store's customers, orders and returns in ConnectWiz
See Shopify.
- Connect your Shopify store from Settings → Integrations → Shopify, or install ConnectWiz from the Shopify App Store and confirm the workspace — no store address to type. Until ConnectWiz's Shopify app is available, the card is marked Coming soon.
- The same customer on every channel. Shopify buyers are matched to the people who write to you by email and phone, and a contact can be linked by order number.
- Orders, shipments and returns on the contact card, with the status in your language, the carrier and a tracking link; Shopify returns and refunds lists each return and refund.
- Told plainly when Shopify hides customers' details. Until Shopify approves access to names, emails and phones, the Shopify page says so and why matching cannot work yet.
- Chat on your storefront through your theme editor's App embeds.
- Privacy requests handled. Shopify's data requests are listed and emailed to your admins; deletion requests are carried out at once.
- Shopify orders can start the An order changes flow trigger and, being your own store, may message the customer.
Shipment tracking: "where is my parcel?" answered from the carrier
See Shipment tracking.
- New integration: Shipment tracking. Tracking numbers on your own orders and on your WooCommerce or ikas store are followed with the carrier — Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, PTT, Sürat, HepsiJET, Trendyol Express and Kolay Gelsin. The order card shows where the parcel is, the carrier's own words, the town it was last seen in and its history, with a Refresh button.
- Wiz answers from it. "Where is my order?" gets the carrier's latest status, and Wiz can look an order up by the tracking number the customer gives — only among that customer's own orders.
- Your orders update themselves. With Update my orders automatically on (the default), your own orders are marked shipped, delivered or returned as the carrier reports it.
- Flows can follow the parcel. The An order changes trigger has a new step, Parcel status changed, and a new shop, Your own orders. A Delivered — ask how it went template is ready, and sends nothing until you publish it.
- Only the tracking number and the carrier leave ConnectWiz. Marketplace orders are not included; their status already comes from the marketplace.
Mirakl marketplaces: Teknosa, Koçtaş, MediaMarkt and more
- One integration for every marketplace that runs on Mirakl. Pick Teknosa or Koçtaş — or paste the address of any other Mirakl marketplace — and an API key. Each shop is its own channel, so you can connect several.
- Every Mirakl thread is a conversation in the inbox, badged Order, Pre-sale question or Marketplace team, with a reply-deadline countdown (24 hours by default). Wiz writes drafts for an agent to approve and never answers the marketplace team.
- Orders, returns, open incidents and evaluations show on the buyer's contact card, and Message the buyer starts a new thread about an order. See Mirakl marketplaces.
- Mirakl orders and returns start flows too, under An order changes — internal only, like every marketplace.
Ticimax: orders on the contact card, support tickets in the Inbox
See Ticimax.
- Connect your Ticimax store with its domain and web service code under Settings → Integrations → Ticimax. Orders, cargo tracking and return requests show on the contact card and in Wiz's answers; the same customer is recognised on every channel by email and phone.
- Support tickets in the Inbox. Turn on Bring support tickets into the Inbox and each ticket becomes a conversation. Answering from ConnectWiz is off until we have verified that an answer appears under your store's name — answer in your Ticimax panel and the answer shows up here.
- An order changes now includes Ticimax orders and return requests.
IdeaSoft: your store's orders, questions and support tickets
See IdeaSoft.
- Connect an IdeaSoft store with the API client its main administrator opens under Integrations → API. Customers are matched by email and phone, and their orders, shipments and refund requests show on the contact card and in Wiz's answers.
- Receive the store's messages too. One switch brings product questions into Comments (Wiz drafts, a person sends) and support tickets into the Inbox. Replying to tickets from ConnectWiz stays off until it is tested on a real store; answer them in the IdeaSoft panel and the reply shows up here.
- Chat on your storefront with one click, and IdeaSoft orders can start the An order changes flow trigger.
Start a flow when an order changes, and use more than one CRM
See Starting a flow when an order changes.
- New trigger: An order changes. A flow can start when an order in any of your connected shops — WooCommerce, ikas, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Çiçeksepeti, Pazarama, idefix, PttAVM, Amazon, Etsy, eBay — is placed, paid, shipped, delivered, cancelled or returned, or when a return is opened or resolved. Each step of each order starts it once, and history imported when you connect a shop starts nothing.
- Marketplace orders run internal only. Flows started by a marketplace's order can tag, assign, create tasks and notify agents, but never message the buyer; the editor marks those shops and warns you at save time.
- Two CRMs, both visible. With more than one CRM connected, the contact card shows a section for each, a CRM step lets you choose which one it uses, and the agent's CRM tool reads all of them and says which answer came from where. Before, only the first connected CRM was ever read.
Forms you send to people, consent forms with signatures
See Forms.
- Send form from a conversation (panel and mobile app) or a contact's Forms tab. The person gets a personal link: prefilled, for them only, expiring. You see whether it was sent, opened, completed or expired, and can resend or withdraw it. When WhatsApp's 24-hour window has closed, the link goes inside an approved template.
- Consent forms: each statement ticked on its own, full name typed, a signature drawn with a finger. The signed record cannot be changed; a PDF goes into the person's documents.
- Health answers are stored encrypted and shown only to members allowed to see them.
- Ready-made forms by sector — surveys (NPS, satisfaction), appointment and reservation requests, consent, health history, registration.
- Front-desk kiosk link and QR codes, and a Results tab with NPS.
SMS and İYS: commercial SMS always checked, Netgsm replies in the inbox
See SMS and İYS.
- Commercial SMS on Netgsm now always goes through İYS. Campaigns and the automatic SMS to a new ad lead are sent with Netgsm's İYS filter, so a number that refused on İYS is stopped before delivery. Replies, login codes and notices are sent as informational. There is no switch: it is the law.
- Ad-lead SMS needs consent when İYS is on, like a campaign — on every gateway. A lead who ticked the ad form's consent box is still reached.
- Replies leave from the channel's own number or header, and never from the platform's sender when you have no gateway of your own.
- Netgsm two-way SMS: replies to your Netgsm subscriber number arrive in the inbox, and Netgsm messages now get delivered / failed ticks with the reason.
- The nightly İYS check works for every workspace and shows its result under Marketing → İYS — last check, refusals applied, and why it failed if it did. Admins get an email when it keeps failing, and consents İYS could not take are retried within its three-day window.
Contact files: a file manager on every person
See Contact files.
- Every contact has a Files tab — on the contact page, in the conversation's side panel and in the mobile app — with folders. The workspace's standard folders (for example Before/After, Radiology, Consent forms, Invoices) are created the first time a person's files are opened; admins set them in Settings → Contact files, starting from a preset for their line of business. Any person can also get folders of their own.
- Sensitive folders (radiology, health records) open only for members allowed to see sensitive files, and never show thumbnails.
- Before/after: pair two photos and compare them with a slider (side by side on the phone).
- Save from a chat in one tap: Save to contact files on a message the customer sent with a file. Send to customer puts a person's file into your reply.
- Every opening is a five-minute link and is written to an access log; files can be exported as a ZIP, and deleting a contact deletes their files. Radiology (DICOM) files are kept and downloaded, never shown in the browser.
- The old Documents list on the contact moved into the new Files tab.
"Coming soon" marketplaces in the channel catalogue
- A marketplace that is waiting on ConnectWiz's own registration — Hepsiburada, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, PttAVM and the Connect with ikas button — now shows a Coming soon badge and cannot be opened, instead of a connect form that could only answer with an error. It opens by itself as soon as the registration is in place. Trendyol, Pazarama, idefix, n11, Çiçeksepeti and the ikas private app need nothing from ConnectWiz and stay open.
Customer identity: safer sign-in, confirmed emails, codes in the chat
See Proving who a customer is.
- Store sign-in no longer joins an unconfirmed chat account. Someone who registered with a customer's email first could be handed that customer when they signed in through your shop. Now the customer gets their own account. On by default; you can turn it off, and the panel names the risk.
- Widget accounts confirm their email by default. A shop match on an address somebody typed no longer skips the confirmation.
- New, off by default: confirm identity in the chat with a one-time code. On the web widget, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram, the assistant can send a code to the email or phone already on the customer's shop or CRM record, and share their orders once they type it back.
- All three are in Settings → Security → Customer identity.
n11: product questions, orders and the same customer on every channel
See n11.
- n11 product questions under Comments, grouped under the product, with the shopper's subject, photos and a Private question badge when they asked privately.
- One answer per question. n11 does not let an answer be edited or sent twice, so the reply box warns you before you send, and Wiz writes drafts for an agent to approve unless you turn automatic answers on.
- n11 orders, returns, cancellations and exchanges on the contact card, with tracking links. The n11 buyer is joined to the same person on WhatsApp and every other channel by phone number or by an order number.
- Connect with two values from the n11 Seller Panel: the API key and the API password. Choose to import none, 7 or 15 days of history.
Çiçeksepeti: product questions, gift orders and both people in them
See Çiçeksepeti.
- Answer Çiçeksepeti product questions from Comments, grouped under the product. Çiçeksepeti does not say who asked, so a question shows as Çiçeksepeti customer, and its age is shown in place of a deadline.
- Four ways to settle a question, once: publish the answer under the product, send it to the customer only, report the question as inappropriate to Çiçeksepeti's call centre, or mark it as another seller's.
- Wiz drafts, an agent sends. Wiz also suggests whether to publish or to answer the customer only. It never reports a question; you can let it answer on its own.
- Gift orders keep the sender and the recipient apart. The sender's card shows Gifts this person sent, with the card message and video message for agents. The recipient's card shows Received orders: delivery and tracking, never the sender, the card message or the amount.
- A gift recipient is suggested, never linked automatically, when their phone matches a contact. An order number can be linked as the sender or as the recipient.
- Returns and cancellations on the contact card, with Çiçeksepeti's decision.
eBay: buyer messages in the inbox, feedback in Comments, orders on the contact card
See eBay.
- Connect with eBay in one step: sign in on eBay's own page, no keys to copy. Choose how much history to import: none, 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Buyer messages and listing questions arrive as inbox conversations, one per eBay conversation, with the listing beside the thread. Answer with up to 2,000 characters and up to 5 files.
- eBay's member rules are applied before sending. Before a sale, a reply with a phone number, an e-mail address or a link is not sent, and the conversation says why.
- Wiz drafts, an agent sends. Wiz does not answer eBay buyers on its own unless you turn that on for the channel, and eBay conversations are never used for AI training.
- Feedback in Comments, with its rating. eBay accepts one reply per feedback, up to 500 characters; Wiz only suggests it.
- eBay orders, returns and cases on the contact card. The buyer is the same contact across their messages, feedback and orders, by their eBay user name.
- eBay's own messages to you as a seller are listed on the channel, not in the inbox.
Etsy: shop reviews under the listing, orders and refunds on the contact card
See Etsy.
- Connect with Etsy from Settings → Channels, with Etsy's own consent screen. Choose how much history to import first: none, 7, 30 or 90 days. ConnectWiz only reads; it never changes anything in your shop.
- Etsy shop reviews in Comments, grouped under the listing, with stars, the buyer's photo, an Edited badge and a note when Etsy hides the buyer.
- Reviews are answered on Etsy. Etsy's API cannot answer a review, so there is no reply box: Answer on Etsy opens the right page, and Wiz's draft can be copied with Copy draft — it is never sent.
- Etsy orders and refunds on the contact card, and Link an Etsy order by its Order #.
- Etsy's terms, enforced: no Etsy order, shipping or tracking detail is sent to a buyer on any channel, and people known only through Etsy are never included in campaigns.
- The channel shows the shared Etsy request budget, the shop's policies on demand, a Reconnect with Etsy button when Etsy asks for it, and Etsy's trademark notice.
PttAVM: orders, PTT Kargo status and returns on the contact card
See PttAVM.
- Connect a PttAVM store from Settings → Integrations → PttAVM with the Seller ID, API Key and the integrator token (or the API Secret) from your seller panel. Choose how much order history to import: none, 7 or 30 days.
- PttAVM orders on the contact card, every product line with its own status, and PTT Kargo's state in words for a shipped order — Wiz uses it to answer "where is my order?".
- Returns and cancellations on the contact card. The last 40 days are checked every 15 minutes, because PttAVM does not report changes.
- Linked by email or order number. PttAVM hides the buyer's phone number, so
a WhatsApp contact is linked by email or by the
PTT-…order number; Wiz asks for the full name on the order as proof. - PttAVM has no customer question or message API, so nothing from PttAVM arrives in the Inbox.
Amazon: buyer messages in the inbox, orders and Amazon's templates beside them
See Amazon.
- Amazon buyer messages arrive as inbox conversations, marked Amazon, on the e-mail channel that receives Amazon's relay mail. Replies go back through Amazon. A 24-hour countdown shows Amazon's reply expectation.
- Connect with Amazon's own consent page — Amazon.com.tr first, every Amazon store supported. No keys to copy. Authorization lasts a year; the channel warns you before it ends and re-authorizing keeps the same channel.
- The order beside the conversation: status, dates, carrier and tracking number, items. Amazon templates (order details, delivery, invoice, warranty…) and the once-per-order review request, optionally automatic for every eligible order.
- Amazon's rules, enforced. Replies with e-mail addresses, phone numbers, non-Amazon links or emoji are stopped; automated messages never reach Amazon buyers. Wiz drafts, an agent sends, unless you let Wiz reply.
- Amazon buyer data is deleted after 30 days and Amazon buyers are never part of a broadcast or campaign.
Hepsiburada: "Ask the Seller" in the inbox, orders on the contact card
See Hepsiburada.
- "Ask the Seller" questions arrive as inbox conversations, one per question, whether the shopper asked about a product or about an order. The product or the order sits beside the thread, the customer's files come with it, and Hepsiburada's 1-business-day deadline counts down at the top.
- Answer with files, up to 2,000 characters. When a question can no longer be answered, the reply box says why.
- Report to Hepsiburada closes an insult or spam without an answer. Only team members who can complete conversations can use it, and a reason is required.
- Wiz drafts, an agent sends. Wiz does not answer Hepsiburada questions on its own unless you turn that on for the channel.
- Hepsiburada orders and returns on the contact card, with tracking links. The Hepsiburada buyer is joined to the same person on WhatsApp and every other channel, by phone number, by the order a question was asked from, or by an order number. One contact can hold Trendyol and Hepsiburada accounts side by side.
- Connecting needs ConnectWiz's Hepsiburada integrator registration. Until it is complete, the connect form says that Hepsiburada is not set up on the platform yet.
ikas: your store's customers and orders, and the chat on your storefront
See ikas.
- Connect an ikas store from Settings → Integrations → ikas, with Connect with ikas or with a private app's Client ID and secret. Choose how much order history to import: none, 30 or 90 days.
- The ikas buyer is the WhatsApp customer. Contacts are matched by email and phone; an order number links them in one step, and Wiz can do it once the customer proves the order is theirs.
- ikas orders, shipments and returns on the contact card, with statuses in your language and tracking links. Wiz uses them to answer "where is my order?".
- Chat on your ikas storefront with one click, no theme editing.
Pazarama: customer questions, orders and the same customer on every channel
See Pazarama.
- Answer Pazarama customer questions from Comments, grouped under the product, with Pazarama's 24-hour answer clock and the answer's approval status. Private questions — the ones only the asking customer sees — carry a Customer only · order #… badge and are filed under that order's customer straight away. Wiz drafts each answer by default, using the product and, on a private question, the order's status and tracking number.
- Pazarama orders, returns and cancellations on the contact card. Wiz uses them to answer "where is my order?".
- The Pazarama buyer is the WhatsApp customer. A matching phone number — or email address, used only to recognise the person and never for marketing — joins them automatically. Link a Pazarama order links them by order number; with several marketplaces you pick which one.
- The key's 365-day reset, on screen. Enter the date the key was generated and the channel warns you 30 days before Pazarama resets it; a refused key shows Key expired or revoked and is replaced in place with Enter a new key.
idefix: product questions, order questions and orders
See idefix.
- Answer idefix product questions from Comments. Each question is labelled with its product name and shows whether your answer is awaiting publication, published or flagged by idefix. Wiz drafts each answer by default.
- Order questions are inbox conversations. A buyer's question about an order opens a conversation tied to that order. idefix shares only the latest message of each question; the conversation says so.
- idefix orders and returns on the contact card, with tracking links. Wiz uses them to answer "where is my order?".
- The idefix buyer is the WhatsApp customer. A matching phone number or the order behind an order question joins them automatically.
Trendyol: product questions, orders and the same customer on every channel
See Trendyol.
- Answer Trendyol product questions from Comments. Questions arrive grouped under the product, with Trendyol's 3-business-day deadline counting down and the answer's approval status shown. Wiz drafts each answer by default; you can let it answer on its own.
- Trendyol orders and returns on the contact card, with tracking links and estimated delivery. Wiz uses them to answer "where is my order?".
- The Trendyol buyer is the WhatsApp customer. A matching phone number joins them automatically. An order number links them in one step. When unsure, ConnectWiz suggests the match and lets you decide.
- Turkey and International Marketplace, including the German, Gulf and Central-European storefronts.
- Contact merges keep store links. Merging two contacts used to drop the merged contact's links to online stores; they now move to the contact that remains.
Undo send and Send later, in Mail
- Undo. After you press Send, a bar says Sending… for five seconds; Undo brings the e-mail back into the composer — words, recipients and attached files. On the web and in the mobile app.
- Send later. The clock next to Send picks when the e-mail goes: later today, tomorrow morning, Monday morning, or a day and time of your choice. Times are your workspace's time zone, wherever you are.
- Scheduled. A Scheduled folder lists what is waiting. Change the time, open it to edit, or cancel it — a cancelled e-mail goes back to your drafts.
- It goes even if you close the app. The e-mail waits on our server, not on your device: closing the tab or the app neither loses nor doubles it. If you lose access to the mailbox before then, it is not sent; it stays in Scheduled marked Not sent, with the reason.
The customer's photo, full size
- A face in the conversation header. The open conversation starts with the customer's profile photo — or their initials when the channel shares none.
- Tap to enlarge. On the web and in the mobile app, tapping the photo shows it full screen with the customer's name on top. On the web, press Esc or click outside the photo to close; on the phone, pinch or double-tap to zoom. The photo in the contact panel and on the contact profile opens the same way.
- Which channels have a photo: Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, X and Viber share the customer's picture; WhatsApp, the website chat, e-mail and SMS do not, so those show initials unless someone uploads a photo on the contact.
Drafts are kept — and follow you between devices
See Drafts.
- Nothing you type is lost. Every writing box — reply, note, e-mail, comment answer, broadcast — keeps its text until the message is sent, through leaving the screen, a reload or a call on the phone.
- Web ↔ phone. A draft started on one device is there on the other; a Draft mark shows in the conversation list.
- A note stays a note. The reply and the internal note are separate drafts.
A message-length counter, and split and send
See How long a message can be.
- The cap is on screen before you hit it. Under the reply box, on the web and in the mobile app, a counter shows how much of the channel's limit the message uses — in bytes on Instagram, where Turkish letters and emoji count extra.
- Too long? Split it. One button cuts the text at paragraph and sentence breaks into parts that each fit, and sends them in order.
- A refused reply always says why. The mobile app used to lose a reply the server refused, without a word; the reason now appears under the box and the text stays.
- Share on the phone only offers what it can send. On Instagram the app no longer opens an empty Share sheet.
A media and file library
See Media library.
- Keep a file once, send it from anywhere. The logo, the price list, the returns form live in one library with folders, tags, search and favourites — and every place you can attach a file has a Choose from library button: the reply box, notes, emails, comment replies, saved replies, flows, WhatsApp template headers, product pictures and a contact's documents. Nothing is uploaded twice.
- Who sees what is yours to decide. Each file is shared with only you, your department or the whole workspace, and roles decide how much of the library a member can browse, edit and delete.
- Too big for WhatsApp? Shrink it on the spot. The picker knows each channel's limits, marks files that will not go and compresses an oversized image in your browser — for this send only, or as a copy or a new version.
- Edit an image without losing the original. Crop, resize, annotate; save as a new version (saved replies and flows send the edit) or as a copy.
- Fixed: in LINE, Viber, Slack, X, TikTok, Zalo, WeChat, iMessage and SMS conversations the paperclip used to accept a file that was then silently dropped — ConnectWiz sends only text there. Attaching is now switched off with the reason shown.

Promo codes and a setup tour for new workspaces
See Quickstart and Promo codes.
- New workspaces start with a short tour. Tell the assistant about your business, connect your channel when the tour includes one, switch the AI on — without hunting for settings. Leave it half way and a Continue setup button brings you back; once finished it never shows again. Also in the mobile app, which can now create an account too.
- Event promo codes. A code from a printed card can add a premium channel and promotional AI credit for a limited time. Enter it when you sign up (the card's QR code fills it in) or later under Billing. When the promotion ends nothing is deleted: channels your plan does not include are paused, and the notification says which.
A catalogue you can sell from
- Products & services is its own area now, with pictures, list prices, variants, packages and add-ons. The catalogue could name a thing and price it once; it could not show a picture, tell a sale price from a list price, price a size differently, or say what a package contains. It can now, and a connected store's pictures, categories, sale prices and variant prices come in with the import instead of being thrown away.
- Who owns a product is decided once, and the editor obeys it. A row kept in your store is shown here and sold from here, but its content is changed over there — the editor says so and points at it. Choose both and a price changed here is pushed to the shop.
- Prices in more than one currency, without an exchange rate. Add a price per currency, and per country where one pays differently. A currency you did not price has no price, and every screen says so instead of converting.
- Google Shopping and Meta catalogues from one address. Create a feed, paste its address into Merchant Center or Commerce Manager, and they fetch it on their own schedule; the preview names every row that will not appear and why. The Meta catalogue serves WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook alike.
- A spreadsheet in, a spreadsheet out. Export the whole catalogue with its variants, edit it in Excel, import it back; bad rows are reported by number and the rest still land.
Ranking what is owed
See Offers, sales and money owed.
- The chasing list can be narrowed to one currency, and ranked by how much is owed inside it. "Who owes us the most" could not be asked before, for a good reason: across currencies it needs an exchange rate nobody here may choose — the same rule that stops the screen printing a single total. Inside one currency that objection disappears, so once you pick a currency Most owed first appears in the sort box. It ranks by what is still owed rather than what was billed, so somebody who has already paid nine tenths of a large instalment does not outrank somebody who owes all of a small one.

Calling on WhatsApp
Customers can call your WhatsApp number and your team answers in ConnectWiz — in the browser or on the phone app. See Calls and Call switchboard.
- Answering anywhere. A call rings every device you are signed in on. On the phone it uses the operating system's own call screen, so it rings on the lock screen like any other call.
- Hold, with music. Holding a customer plays hold music. If the music cannot be played the hold does not happen at all and you are told to keep talking — a customer hearing silence assumes the call dropped.
- Move the audio between devices. "Take the audio here" moves a call in progress from your phone to your computer or back, without the customer hearing a gap.
- Transfer. A colleague or a department can be offered the call. The caller goes on hold first, and if the transfer is declined or nobody answers, they come back to you still on hold.
- Talk to your colleague first. A transfer can now be a question rather than an instruction: you and your colleague speak while the caller waits on hold music, and only then do you hand over — or cancel and go back. The caller hears none of it, and that conversation is never recorded or transcribed.
- Live captions and translation. While a call is running, what is said can appear as subtitles in the agent's own language. The original audio is never touched — captions read a copy, and if they fall behind they drop rather than affect the call.
- If your connection drops, the customer is put on hold automatically and the call is offered to your other devices, then to the team, and ends honestly if nobody takes it.
- Business hours, a wait queue and a voice menu, so a call that arrives out of hours or with nobody free is handled rather than rung out.
- Recording announcement. Where an announcement is required before recording, it is played — and the conversation records whether it was actually heard.
- Recordings and transcripts appear in the conversation, labelled by speaker.
- After a missed call, the caller hears from you. Switch it on per number and a call nobody answered can send the customer a message on their own thread and drop a row into your callback list. Both are off until you turn them on, one reply per call, and somebody who redials four times gets one reply rather than four.
- An apology instead of a hang-up. When a call drops out from under an agent and nobody can rescue it, the caller now hears why before the line closes — until now they heard hold music right up to the disconnect.
- The switchboard on phone lines. Business hours, the wait queue and the voice menu now work on a Netgsm trunk or GSM gateway, not only on WhatsApp. The settings screen was offered on those channels before and could not open.
- Call activity reads as sentences. Out-of-hours calls, menu choices, queue timeouts and every step of a dropped-call rescue now appear in Account events in your language instead of as internal identifiers.
- A Calls tab in the phone app. The agent app could ring, and nothing else: an agent away from a desk had no way to see what they had promised, what they had missed, or what was said on a call they were not on. There is now a third tab holding both halves — the callbacks you owe, soonest first, with the late ones counted on the tab itself, and the log of what happened. Every row names which line the call came off, because that decides what the customer's phone shows when it rings, and carries its own call button so ringing back is one press. Open a call to read the transcript, play the recording and, if it failed, see why.
Offers, sales and money owed
See Offers, sales and money owed.
The money side of the product is new: what you offered, what somebody bought, what they paid, and what is still owed. Each has its own screen, and all four also appear on the person they belong to.
- An offer is a document, not a number. It carries lines — what, how many, at what price, with what discount and VAT — and its totals are recomputed from those lines on every save, so the printed total and the printed lines cannot disagree. A line's name is copied when it is written, so renaming a service in your catalogue later does not rewrite an offer you already sent.
- A sent offer is revised, not edited. Once it is out with a customer it is a document somebody is holding, so a change writes a new version and keeps the old one. The list shows the versions that are live rather than four copies of the same conversation.
- Answers are recorded, including why not. Accept or decline from the offer itself, and a decline can carry a reason from a list you keep in your own words. An accepted offer converts into a sale — once, because a second conversion would count the same sale twice and the mistake looks exactly like a good month.
- Unpriced is not free. A line with no price is refused rather than quoted at zero, and a discount larger than the line it sits on is refused rather than quietly reduced to fit — that is usually a stray zero, and fitting it would turn "1000 off" into "free" on a document that goes out.
- A payment is voided, never deleted. A payment row is a claim that money moved, and deleting it makes the claim disappear from a ledger somebody reconciles against a bank statement. A voided payment stays on the list, marked, and stops counting. A refund is a payment in the other direction and appears on the same list with a minus sign.
- A payment's currency comes from what it settles, not from a picker: money paid in one currency does not settle a debt denominated in another, and the mismatch is refused rather than converted.
- A chasing list you can actually work. Receivables opens on what is overdue, searches by who owes it — an instalment has no document number of its own, so a person is all you can arrive holding — takes a due-date range, and lets you choose your columns and page through. Lateness is decided by the server, so two screens in two timezones cannot disagree about whether a debt is late.
- Totals are per currency and cover the whole filter, not the rows on screen, and they are what is still owed after everything already collected. Adding lira to euro needs a rate this system will not invent.
- All of it on the person, too. A contact's profile has a Debts and payments tab and an Offers tab with the lines on it.
- If a connected CRM keeps the ledger, the screens say so instead of showing an empty table. "Nobody owes you anything" and "the answer is over there" are very different sentences, and only one of them is true.
Campaigns
See Broadcasts.
- Composite audiences. Combine contact type, tags (any or all), custom fields, last interaction and marketing opt-in — with a live count of who matches before you send.
- An automatic warm-up ladder for WhatsApp: a number starts at 25 new conversations a day and climbs on evidence, so a young number is not burned on its first campaign.
- WhatsApp reachability. Numbers that turn out not to have WhatsApp are remembered and skipped next time; a number that has never been tried is always tried once.
- Per-campaign reports — funnel, most frequent failure reasons, day by day, and a CSV export.
Importing contacts
See Contacts → Importing a list.
- Unrecognised columns can become custom fields as the file imports, so a list with "City" or "Policy number" keeps them instead of losing them.
- Tag everyone in a file in one step.
- Large files keep importing after you close the window.
WhatsApp messages
- Richer replies in the composer: option lists, swipeable carousels, quick reply buttons with a media header, link buttons, a location request, and your published Flows. See Inbox → WhatsApp's richer message types.
- Voice notes recorded on the phone now arrive as voice notes, with a waveform the customer can play, rather than as a file to download.
- Outgoing video and images are converted when a phone would refuse them, and left untouched when they are already fine.
- A character counter in the composer for the channel you are writing to, because the limits differ per platform.
Template performance and account health
See Channels.
- Template analytics — sent, delivered, read and clicked per template, with a day-by-day breakdown. Switching it on is an irreversible decision at Meta, so it is asked for on its own screen rather than as a toggle.
- Quality and limits — Meta's grade, your messaging limit and your current warm-up rung in one place, with a link to the event that explains any drop.
