Shipment tracking
Answer "where is my parcel?" without opening the carrier's website. When a tracking number is on one of your own orders — an order in ConnectWiz, or an order in your WooCommerce, ikas, Shopify, Ticimax or IdeaSoft store — ConnectWiz follows it with the carrier and keeps the status up to date:
- On the order card. The contact's order shows where the parcel is (for example Out for delivery), the carrier's own words, the town it was last seen in, a link to the carrier's page and the full history.
- In AI replies. Wiz answers "where is my order?" from the same status — and says so when the last update is old.
- On your orders. With Update my orders automatically on, your own orders are marked Shipped, Delivered or Returned as the carrier reports it. No more clicking "Mark delivered" by hand.
- In flows. A parcel moving starts flows that listen for it (see below).
Supported carriers: Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo (DHL eCommerce), PTT Kargo, Sürat Kargo, HepsiJET, Trendyol Express and Kolay Gelsin.
Orders from Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon and the other marketplaces already carry their delivery status from the marketplace itself, so shipment tracking does not follow them.
Before you start
Parcels can be followed on one of two tracking accounts — you choose under Tracking account on the Shipment tracking page:
- ConnectWiz's tracking account (default) — nothing to set up; a number of tracking numbers is included in your plan each month (see What it costs). If this account isn't set up on this platform yet, the page says so and offers your own key instead.
- My own 17TRACK key — numbers use your own 17TRACK quota (see Your own 17TRACK key).
A workspace with a TikTok channel connected can only use its own key: 17TRACK processes data in China, which TikTok's terms rule out.
Turn it on
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Shipment tracking.
- Read what is sent and what it costs (below), choose the tracking account, then click Turn on.
From then on, every new tracking number on your own orders is followed.
What is sent, and where
Only the tracking number and the carrier are sent to the tracking service, 17TRACK, which operates outside Türkiye. The customer's name, address and phone number are never sent. What comes back is stored at town and city level only, and if a carrier's message names the person who signed for the parcel, that part is removed before it is saved.
What it costs
Your plan includes a number of tracking numbers each month (shown on the Shipment tracking page as Included this month). Each tracking number counts once, however long it is followed. Beyond the included amount, each new number is paid from your wallet. If the wallet is empty, new numbers wait and are listed as Allowance used up — they start as soon as the wallet is topped up.
Your own 17TRACK key
- In your 17TRACK API dashboard, copy your API key.
- Under Tracking account, choose My own 17TRACK key, paste the key and click Save and verify. ConnectWiz asks 17TRACK first and only saves a key 17TRACK accepts; the key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Copy the Webhook URL shown on the page and paste it as the webhook URL in your 17TRACK API dashboard, so status changes reach ConnectWiz.
With your own key, registrations use your own 17TRACK quota — not your plan's allowance or your wallet — and 17TRACK is a service you connect under your own agreement with it.
Switching accounts. A number already being tracked stays on the account it was registered with until it finishes; only new numbers go to the account you choose now. If you remove your key (Use ConnectWiz's account), or 17TRACK stops accepting it, the numbers registered with it are no longer tracked and are listed as Stopped with your own key — they are not registered again on ConnectWiz's account. New numbers wait as Waiting: 17TRACK refused your key until you save a working key.
Add a tracking number to an order
On the contact's card, under the order:
- Click Add tracking number.
- Choose the Carrier and type the Tracking number.
- Click Save.
Tracking starts within a minute. An order that is still a draft is never tracked. To correct a typo, use Change tracking number — the old number stops being followed.
For WooCommerce, tracking numbers added by your store's shipment-tracking plugin are picked up automatically. For ikas, Shopify, Ticimax and IdeaSoft, the tracking number on each package (Shopify: each fulfillment) is picked up automatically, and tracking stops once the store itself reports the order as delivered, cancelled or returned. A store order is followed only when its buyer is already one of your contacts.
Read the status
The order card shows our status, the carrier's own sentence, where the parcel was last seen and when. Click Show history for every step, or Refresh to ask the carrier now (a few times an hour per workspace). If a number cannot be followed, the card says why — for example This carrier cannot be tracked automatically.
The Shipment tracking page lists the numbers that are Not being tracked, with the reason: Refused (check the number and the carrier), Carrier not supported or Allowance used up.
Update my orders automatically
On by default. When the carrier reports a parcel in transit, delivered or returned, your own order moves the same way, dated by the carrier's own time. If the order cannot move that way — for example it was already marked returned — nothing is overwritten, and the disagreement is recorded for you to check. Turn the switch off on the Shipment tracking page if you prefer to mark orders yourself.
Flows and the "delivered" message
Every status change of a followed parcel is an event for the An order changes trigger:
- Parcel status changed — every time the parcel reaches a new status.
- Order shipped, Order delivered, Order returned — once per order, when the carrier's report means it.
Your own orders appear in the trigger's Shops list as Your own orders.
Nothing is sent to customers by default. To send a "your order has been delivered — is everything all right?" message, go to Flows, create a flow from the Delivered — ask how it went template, check the text and publish it. A "no" answer is handed to a colleague. The template listens to your own orders and to your WooCommerce, ikas, Shopify, Ticimax and IdeaSoft stores — never to a marketplace.
