Your profile and preferences

Open the profile menu from your name and avatar at the bottom-left of the admin panel. From there you can set your availability, edit your profile, switch the theme, change your language, and sign out.

The profile menu

The menu groups everything personal in one place:

  • A header with your avatar, name and email.
  • An availability selector (see Availability below).
  • Edit profile — opens your profile page.
  • Account — your subscription, billing and plan.
  • A dark mode switch for a quick light ⇄ dark toggle.
  • Sign out.

The menu is fully keyboard accessible: open it with Enter or Space, move between items with the arrow keys, and close it with Escape.

Availability (presence)

Your availability tells the system whether you are ready to take new conversations. Pick one of four states from the profile menu:

StatusMeaning
OnlineYou are available. New conversations can be auto-assigned to you.
AwayYou are temporarily unavailable.
BusyYou are occupied and should not get new work.
OfflineYou are not available.

Your choice has two effects:

  1. Routing. Only Online agents receive auto-assigned conversations. If you are Away, Busy or Offline, new conversations skip you. When no agent is online, conversations wait in the queue until someone becomes available — they are never lost.
  2. Widget availability. When at least one agent is online, the chat widget on your website can show an "online" signal to visitors. The widget only ever learns whether someone is online — never who, so your team's identity is never exposed to visitors.

Your teammates see your status update live in the panel. Your availability is remembered on the server, so it follows you across devices and browser tabs.

New teammates

A teammate who has never set their availability is treated as Online, so they keep receiving conversations until they choose otherwise.

Edit profile

The Edit profile page lets you update:

  • Avatar — upload a picture (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF). It appears next to your name across the panel.
  • Name — your display name. Your email is shown but changed elsewhere.
  • Language — see Language below.
  • Timezone — see Timezone below.
  • Theme — Light, Dark, or System.
  • Contact details — company, website, phone, address, city, state, postal code, country, currency, location and birthdate. These are optional and for your own record.

Leave a field blank to clear it. Changes are saved when you select Save.

What notifies you

Edit profile → Notifications (web) or Settings → Notifications (mobile app).

One row per kind of notification, one switch per way it can reach you:

KindPhoneDesktopSoundE-mailE-mail when awaySMS when away
Messages, E-mail, Customer tickets✓✓✓✓✓
Comments & reviews✓✓
Assigned to you, Waiting too long✓✓
New leads, Reminders & follow-ups✓✓
Incoming calls, Missed calls, Transfer requests✓
My support tickets (Help → My tickets)✓✓

A blank cell means that kind never reaches anyone that way, so there is no switch for it. Everything starts on — exactly how notifications worked before this screen existed — and "E-mail when away" starts where your old Email me when offline switch was.

Worth knowing:

  • These only narrow. Who is told at all is decided first — channel access, assignment, your mutes, and the channel's Who it notifies. Turning a switch on here never adds you to a conversation you would not be told about.
  • Comments and reviews are new. A new comment or review now notifies the people who work comments on that channel, by phone and desktop. A burst under one post is one notification a minute, not forty; your own replies, imported history and comments that were already a day old when they arrived never notify.
  • New leads (shown only if you may open Leads): a website form or an ad's lead form came in. It goes to the person's owner — for an ad lead, the member it is assigned to — when they may open it; otherwise to everyone who may. Spam and ad leads older than two days (an import) never notify. A conversation an ad opened is already a Messages notification.
  • Incoming calls → Phone off stops your phone ringing for calls. The call is still offered to you in the web panel.
  • Desktop needs your browser's permission. For messages, e-mail and tickets it also follows the Desktop notifications choice; Sound follows the sound switch.
  • The panel's bell keeps every entry even when its desktop notice is off.

Your bottom bar (mobile app)

The bar at the bottom of the app is yours to arrange: Menu → Edit bottom bar, or press and hold any tab.

  • Choose one to four items, in the order you want them. Menu is always the last tab and cannot be removed.
  • You can pick Chats, Calls, Comments, E-mail and the work screens — Summary, Contacts, Leads, Companies, Appointments, Tasks, Assignment queue. Only what you may open is offered: a queue your workspace has not set up, or a screen your role cannot open, is not on the list.
  • What is on the bar is not repeated in the Menu; what you take off the bar moves back into the Menu, so nothing becomes unreachable. A queue you take off keeps its number on its Menu row and on the Menu tab.
  • Without Chats on the bar, the app opens on your first item. Tapping a notification still opens its conversation.
  • Your choice is saved to your account, so another phone shows the same bar. Reset to default brings back Chats, then each queue your workspace has set up.

Language

Choose the language the admin panel speaks. Today the product ships in English and Turkish. You can change your language two ways:

  • From the Edit profile page (it is saved to your profile), or
  • From the language switcher wherever it appears.

Your choice is stored with your account, so the panel always opens in your chosen language — on any device, and even after you sign in on a new computer. See Language & localization for what gets translated.

Timezone

Set the timezone you work in and every date and time in the panel — the conversation list, message timestamps, usage reports and invoices — is shown in your local time. Leave it on Browser timezone to follow whatever device you are using.

Behind the scenes the system always stores times in a single universal standard and converts them for display, so your timestamps are consistent no matter where your teammates are.

Country for phone numbers

A number typed without a country code (0532 123 45 67) is read in one country. By default that is your workspace's country (Settings → Company); if you mostly call or write to another country — a Turkish agent in a German workspace, say — pick your own under Country for phone numbers on your profile (web) or Settings → Country for numbers (app). Choose Follow the workspace's country to go back. It applies everywhere you type a number: the New conversation box, the Calls search, the keypad and phone fields on forms. With neither set, your device's or browser's region is used.

Dark mode and theme

Pick how the panel looks:

  • Light — always the light theme.
  • Dark — always the dark theme.
  • System — follow your operating system's setting and switch automatically.

The quick dark mode switch in the profile menu flips between light and dark without opening the full profile page. For the three-way choice (including System), use the theme selector on the Edit profile page. Your theme is remembered on this device immediately, and saved to your account when you choose it on the profile page so it follows you to other devices.
